How to change the email address on an acocunt if you don't know the current one

do you have access to that unknown adress? like try every e-mail accounts you have? idk if you have to enter the current adress but i think you'll have to click a link in a mail they send you

 

listen brother if you are the account original owner this works 100% ok i had same problem 2 weeks back.. Email this: [email protected] pretend to be your own father and say you have had some trouble with the email, an actual J mod will email you and guide you through the process, you need original PW's ip address, Recoveries and so on. good luck it works.

 

The more likely scenario with regards to needing an email change is that you aren't the original owner and the original (or previous) owner has simply not given you access to, or changed, the email.

In which case, tricky to be successful.

 

As stated above email [email protected], with all the required information, it's just like a recovery process; although, manual. Without all the necessary information (not original owner), you won't get very far, and possibly risk jeopardy of your account.

 

If you've had an account for 2 years almost and have been able to recover before with support@jagex but suddenly the orignal owner recovers would parents@jagex still work?

Guessing no?

Talking about another account below but...

If you've had an account for like 3 months don't know the email or any of the details about it but you don't know the email or the JAGs is there anything you can do?

(My friend gave me his account right before he had to move to Japan and I can't contact him now so I don't know the email he used and it's still his email. So I can't change the password or update it ever)

 

if you have all the original information such as isp's date you made the account, any previous members/ any useful information only you or your friend could know add it in the email , i got a response after 4 days, and i couldn't even remember my recoverys, they just manually remove the email address then you set a new one

 

ah man idk what to say this is why i only handle account's i have made, original owners can always recover
