You must quote this, say the amount you would like to duel for, then say that you accept the Rules/TOS.

Still awaiting payment from user, I see him as a scammer as of the moment.

 

There is an open dispute on him, and he owes a banned member 40 dollars still, so I'd go to the report a scammer section and report him before he scams another person.

I have told you several times and I put the post that said I was open to TRUSTED users. You are not trusted. I got the proof from the amount of times I said no, so go ahead and file your report buddy.

he only rolls against low rollers, if you roll high he will not deem you trustworthy!

Just to help you avoid a miscommunication,edit the thread to say post the amount you want to bet and post that you agree to the rules, than you zev, quote it and roll.
