Javascript help thread

i gotten a great many (not so many) emails and IMs asking for javascript help. sadly, i also dream in javascript. so i thought abut alleviating crap in my inbox and helping at the same time. i will shortly post a javascript tutorial here as well. for now, post questions or code you need help with. thanks
