Requesting auto key presser

I was hoping that someone could code a auto presser for me, i want it to press the numpad8 key or hold it down for like 30 seconds then press/hold the numpad9 key for 30 seconds and just keep repeating the process or instead of numpad8 and 9 it could be alt+ any letter keys. So if you would be so kind and if it wouldn't trouble you much help me out =)
