They are awful. They have no support system. They give no refunds. They never give you your items. They are awful. Please refrain from using this site.

I have never taken the time to write a review before, but this is a special occasion because these guys are liers, cheats, and scammers. I have bought 3 packages on this site. An item, and two accounts. The item, when I bought it was "Out of stock." For three weeks it was "Out of stock." I got tired of waiting so I canceled the order and asked for a refund of the $5 that I paid. They said sure, and 5 weeks later I have not received this refund.

The next thing I bought was an account. I never received any service to it, and canceled my order due to no help being offered from the "live chat." I asked for the refund, and of course no money was received, and it has been 3 weeks.

The next thing was going to be my last try, so I bought something cheap. This time they acknowledged it and sent me an email which listed the steps I must do, and I did them. They called me for verification, and everything was in order. I went on there "live chat" atleast 10 times and they said hello everytime, but whenever I asked my question on how to get my account, they never would answer. Finally they responded with this:

"Sorry for the delay, just out of stock .we wil trade u first once we have , plz dont worry we are collecting for u now, if u cant wait longger plz come back 4 hour later or we wil contact u by email once we got enough"

I have bought an ACCOUNT. I do not need anything collected. I have bought an existing ACCOUNT. I should receive the bloody username and password within 5 minutes of my purchase. IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS. This is the worst website to buy from and even though they have false customer reviews on their website, false moneyback gurantee, false promises to give you your purchase, and false livechat, people like me still buy from them. Please do not buy from these people. They are fucking chinese idiots.
