reporting Skuxx seller scammer

I've bought an account for the full price and he recovered it change the password and took my money.

I was the one that got to gold V. before he recovered the account

his skype is openended2 and has blocked me and refused to communicate.

currently raising disputes everywhere trying to recover what ive lost.

I can prove i've made the payment via paypal transaction ID.

proof he recovered account and its his fault: There was a name change into Rokze 1 day after the account was recovered and the email I paid was true"Rokze"@gmail.com. Intentional scam.

I dont know what more information I can provide as i didnt take any active window screenshots.

He transfered the account back to NA server which i dont play on because i live in OCE server:



I can provide the link to my OCE summoner profile and you can see that the 17 rune pages and 20pages masteries is the same meaning its the same account.

Im currently waiting on response from the support team and when that info comes i'll post it too.

I bought the account and raised it to my skill level then transfered it to OCE.

 

Can you provide proof you actually bought the account, including chat logs, skype profile and paypal transaction details. Thanks.
