Easy Botting Combat Exp?

So i kinda quit 07 for the summer but played before and starting to return slighty, before i used tribot and got nice stats from fight caves..

i was luck and not caught in the ban wave but im wondering what i should bot for my stats now? mainly str, range, and magics

 

I just bot rock crabs it seems to be dead there now? don't know if a ban wave happened or what I just came back a week ago. It used to be always packed but its easy to find dead worlds now. As for magic you can get curse script that just stand in fcaves and trap monsters behind rock and curse for days on end or just get an AIO magic script and curse at the caged zammy monk in varrock
for range i usually cannon to 40 (or 50 if you want) then bot from there for hp exp. If you have the cash and 44 pray I recommend chinning on ape atoll once you get 80 range as the exp is 200-300k an hour
