Rounded rectangle custom shape tool can be found by looking around on the toolbar. might have to right click some things..

Meh, it's stuffed, crowded.

The 'tech' look is sorta okay, but the text is hard to read and sort of blends in the background too much to be read. The 'get firefox' text also seems out of place.

I think it's better as a navigation bar (maybe if you made it a bit wider) or something other than the user bar, as it is fancy, but too fancy for a userbar.

User bars mainly are meant to be a sort of minimalistic alternative to sigs, and yours sort of defeats the purpose.
