Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: PM confirmation
Trade screenshots:
Current quests/stats: all quests done by me and accounts defence levelled up to 6 by the hacker
I believe I deserve a refund of a membership pin and the money paid for the service

You'll need more than this.. i.e. you giving him the details, the rest of the Skype conversation, his IP as last logged in and then the defence levels and quests not done.
