I'm not one really in a position to officially do this but I can confirm your guide. I don't get time to make money on RS so I buy all of my gold. (Usually $100 a week). I can test it in my few hours I get to play RS each day. If its legit ill post that it is and still send you $10 so it's not as if I'm getting something for free. Up to you though mate. I've seen this thread up for a while and no one has helped you out.

Ill check this as soon as I get home from work. It appears to have a small fee to start. It is also against the rules of RS although I see no reason you should be caught by using his method posted. It is not so much a method as a use for something that already exists. That being said I see no reason you could not make a good amount of GP from it.

Edit: I may have misread the part about the start up fee. After reading again I don't think it does have one.
