Signature Request (if possible)

First of all, I know nothing about graphics. So im not sure if this is a possible request or not.

I remember an old member had this signature http://www.sythe.org/graphics-discussion-questions/1572671-signature-best-your-opinion.html The second one. And it would fit my needs perfectly. Since I saw that the first time I knew I wanted a similiar one.

Now for the request, would it be possible to change the name and texts etc without having the PSD file?

If it is possible im willing to pay someone to do it. Whatever price is suitable. I just want it so bad. Its for another forum aswell (epvp)

 

I can create something in similar style but not copy because it shows lack of respect towards the original creator. I believe the best option would be to contact Kinaesthetic who is the creator of the second signature.

 

Kinaesthic made that btw, you can see his logo in the center.

Also, I can make the same text and texture as that etc, but I will not edit his work.
