1. The Seller does not issue a refund if he got what he paid for.
2. The seller is not responsible for any bans/mutes that may happen to your account.
3. The buyer is responsible for who they are trading with - if it's an imposer it's their fault,
unless the imposers name is in the topic, in which case the seller is responsible.
4. The seller has the right to refuse doing business with anyone.
5. If the order was not completed in any form - the buyer has the right to a refund.
6. The staff may change the terms of service at any time if necessary without further notice.
7. You agree that you will not log in to your account after the service has started, unless explicitly stated so by Studskilla.
8. You agree no refund will be given unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service, or agreed to mutually by all parties involved.
9. You agree to provide login email/username, password for all services, and bank pin for any services that may require banking.
10. You agree to not change the password during the service, or your order will be considered complete.
11. You agree not to ask for a screenshot more than once every five-hours. You may ask for a text-update any time you'd like.
12. You agree you will have all levels and pre-quests on the account for questing and mini-questing, unless wanting those done aswell.
13. If you do not have all items, we will work something out depending on the situation.
