    He was on earlier today for Candarin, but not for me. (I assume he blocked me)

    It's been almost 24hrs since I told him he had 24hrs, but since he's been online twice that I know of, I have no doubt in my mind he has 0 intestions to pay.

    Also, when he was down $60 to me he posted offering a $15 DD before even paying me. So I think it's safe to say he's trying to scam others.
