need some help

allright i need some help. i want to reset my laptop. but i dont want to lose my word, powerpoint, excel etc or my mcafee scanner

is there a way to have them moved temp and that i can but them back on my laptop again?

 

Did you obtain those legitimately? If so, just re-install them again?

 

Move them to a USB if you've bought them but it should work if you put them inside a USB and then remove move them into desktop after you've restarted you can search and see if that actually works.

 

yeah i both bought them from the store.

but idk if you can reinstall them after you used your key + i probably dont have the keys anymore, would have to look.

 

Double check if you have the keys, but normally I think just put them into a USB and try if they come back and you can use them you might want to like create a new user onto your desktop and then try transfer them to that profile and if it works it should work after you've restarted gl! Hopefully I helped you.

 

I usually just email them to myself or upload them to GoogleDocs (if that's what your're asking).
