Dicing, It's getting out of control

1 and 2 are out of the question and will never happen.

3 should be implemented.

I say a 500 post count should be required.

 

1) Ridiculous idea. Huge hassle, especially for those who don't dice more than ~$5
2) Blacklisted massively, and creating a new currency is extremely complicated as far as exchanges/currency value/etc.
3) Some legit newcomers love dicing - I've found a few. Be careful and minimize scams, end of story.

TL;DR = I completely disagree with all of your suggestions.

 

1) A middleman for all dice trades, which imo could become a hassle if you do multiple bets.

NO! NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND IF YOU DON'T TRUST THE OTHER PERSON THEN DON'T DICE WITH HIM.

2) A sythe trading currency that you both put in the set amount and winner gets the pile, to get the sythe currency you would have to give an admin the gold/paypal and you will get the sythe money.

BEEN SUGGESTED MANY TIMES BEFORE AND WILL NOT HAPPEN SORRY.

3) Require dicing to have a set amount of posts/join date/or vouches.

POSTS MEANS NOTHING BUT, SHOWS THEY LIKE TO SPAM. JOIN DATE MEANS NOTHING EITHER. VOUCHES ARE GOOD I AGREE TO THAT.

 

Its just a few quick ideas that I came up with because I am getting really annoyed with the scammers, it also needs a join date restriction because people are just spamming for post count.

 

Yea, but as soon as I report one of them, like this pmandude again, he spams all my freaking threads... I think it should have at least a join date limit to VIEW the section to keep out some scammers.

 

If someone gets scammed it's because they were stupid and careless. All scammers get banned and if anyone is dumb enough to not specify clearly what their rules are and get scammed because of it then they deserve to get scammed.

 

Yea, but see I have a dicing thread and the minute I report one guy they spam my thread, especially the pmandude guy which I just reported again. This is why I think there should be a join date limit to view it, hey, it will make me unable to dice for a little bit but itll stop a lot of the scams and ragers.

It's pretty simple; avoid people whom you don't trust? How can it be so hard? If you get scammed dicing, by a newcomer, really it's your own fault. A sythe currency is on the do not suggest list. Use a middleman, avoid newcomers, end of story.
