There is really no case. If he said he liked it, he has no case. I had some work done that never got finished (which we've all kissed and made up over ) and there was no ban there, so I can't see one for this.

In my opinion, either Kinaesthic fixes it up to the standard that was asked of him or he refunds, at least partially.

I don't know what experience you guys have in dealing with people who provide a service in real life, but if you have a business and somebody pays you for something they specifically ask be custom made, especially to specific standards, dimensions, whatever, you don't skimp. You do it as they asked, or you don't get paid. Simple as that.

Seems to me all he was asking for is the dimensions to be correct, nothing more. Apparently you couldn't seem to do that. So, no, you didn't fulfill his requests.

$30 for shrinking a signature is ridiculous in-in itself.

 

Price for that avatar is bs. At least a $30 refund + dimension fix for the poker table.

He claims that I charged $30 for the shrinking, I haven't, I haven't asked a single shit for it. It was all within the hourly rate, It took me around 5 minutes to fix that thing.

 

That still does not justify the fact that, according to him, you didn't not fulfill his requests. All I can see is that his requests were that you make something up to your usual standard, and to the correct dimensions. Though he did say he was happy with your work, he did also say that he never received the correct dimensions; I fail to understand why.

 

According to him, humanity might've gone extinct because of a zombie apocalypse.
He's not providing any chat records, and he's doing that for a reason. I have no problem showing the whole 4 day convo and we'll find that all out.

 

Why have you not already posted the conversation instead of arguing with people then? If what you say is true, why let your reputation be tarnished?

 

My reputation won't get tarnished by a moron that claims that I didn't do what he asked for.
I don't post everything on a thread, if a moderator asks me for proof, I will give it, simple as that.
