    There's no difference between a 6.3mm and a 3.5mm except the size. You can just get an adapter for like a dollar. If you're satisfied with the integrated sound on the motherboard, you can just get an amplifier to power the headphones.

    Around 150, ive got 1 paired with AD700s, sosososososo worth it.

    Oh! I didn't know that. I assumed the 6.3mm plug had a reason.

    ASUS Xonar Essence STX Virtual 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz PCI Express x1 Interface 124 dB SNR / Headphone AMP Card

    Its $179 but it has good reviews across the board and supports 7.1 full surround sound, a 6.3mm jack, gets rid of static, and is supposed to get really loud so you won't need a headphone amp or anything.
