SytheMonthly - what do you want to see?

Hey folks!

SytheMontly seems to have controversial feedback. We, as a team, want to create the SytheMonthly the majority of you want to read.

Currently SytheMonthly consists of:

Headlines & events
Notable user accomplishments & achievements
Members of the Month
Staff members answer some questions
Featured interview relevant to the month
Opinions
Quotes/pictures of the month​

I like the MoTM, staff interviews and the general overview of the community the most.
Personally, what I don't like, is to scroll through and see pointless pictures of users; it really doesn't achieve anything.
As for additional sections, you could have one member a each month have a paragraph about themselves and why the decided to join the CDT. Not entirely sure, just an idea! Other than that I think it's fine.

When will this months be released?

 

What happend to the old one? I thought wulfspade was going to make one for this month?

 

July's is a bit of a surprise with Wulf taking it over, will be very entertaining and should be out soon-ish. Keep your eyes peeled

need to keep the staff interviews going but also start doing regular member interviews

 

What sections do you like most?

Members of the Month - Alway's cool to see who's the *member of the month* in every category.

Staff members answer some questions - A must, a better look into our staff and what's up with them.

Regular member interviews would be cool.

What sections do you like least? Notable user accomplishments & achievements - Idk, this is just generally something I skip over.

Are there any additional sections you want to see? Nothing comes to mind. People like to complain about the length, I think it's fine.

Anything else regarding SytheMonthly (i.e. MotM): Glad to see this was brought back again, I remember I would pop in and read sythe monthly when I was inactive to keep up to date. Keep this going.

 

We've done interviews with regular members i.e. Deathsnova & Nytrix. We try and keep the interview relevant to the month these days, we'll try to keep it non-staff based for a bit

 

should do it on random selected users based on activity etc. not just who got omm or something special for that month


Should make a new edition to interview reg members, do a personal questionaire like, perosnal life of ____ . more or a less get to know type of thing

 

I think that there should be interviews for regular members and still have the interviews on people that did/got something special.

 

we used to do one staff and one non-staff, how about one month-relevant one random user or something

 

What sections do you like most? MotM and community achievements, wether it be cretin number of vouches/posts or even a large sale. I think any trade someone completes successfully on Sythe is an achievement.

What sections do you like least? wouldn't say there was any part I disliked.

Are there any additional sections you want to see? Mod of the month? Basicaly the same as MotM but we get to see who's worked the hardest behind the scenes!

What sections do you like most? Runescape markets, Runescape itself, other markets and our community.

What sections do you like least? none that I can really think of

Are there any additional sections you want to see? Expansion of the game consoles ps3/xbox can be easily done and would appeal new users, expansion on ios/androids maybe. Not sure if it has happened before as I was inactive for a few months.

Anything else regarding SytheMonthly (i.e. MotM): nope but I would like to see the forum staff team interact with the community a bit more.

Pretty sure everyone wants to see me interviewed. Just saying.
