scam possible , what u guys think?

so over like a month ago i sold my rs account to a guy and two days ago the payment got reversed , so i recovered my account , now the guy says i am a scammer , my fix for this i sugguested is , i sell the items on the acc take my 200$ back from that way and give him back the acc and if theres any extra money in it i will give him back too

what u guys think? the buyer thinks its not fair

If he took back his payment I would not hesitate to recover the account and all items on it.
His loss for scamming.

 

First port of call - get him banned

Second port of call - Ask a mod if you will be liable for a ban if you keep the stuff as I'm not sure do to the changes regarding counter-scamming. Imo I think it's fine keeping his things but you should check to be sure.

 

Ye best to just ask because he attempted to scam you does not mean you get to keep his belongings. Just like if someone robs your home and drops his $2,000 gun do you keep the gun or is it evidence lol. Id say ask about it just to stay out of trouble.

 

I'm pretty sure a general red-flag of a scam would be charging back on PayPal. Check also to see if you might've broken any minuscule code of conduct rule that would allow such an event to occur.
Highly doubt it, but be sure to get him banned so others don't experience this.

I talked with the guy , he was making stupid excuses like his skype was hacked by a fraud and that fraud did all this or some shit like that but when I asked him to tell paypal i shipped the item and send back the money he said "dude u can just make another paypal and go off why need me to do that just give me the account or the items in it" sooooo that sounds smart way to trick? :s

 

fuck scammers seriously...keep his shit. his fault for trying to fuck you over in the first place. Karmas a bitch.

I would never give those items back because he tried to take your 200$, and will try it on somebody else no matter what. How much are the items worth?

If you guys legitimately made a deal, and in exchange for your account he gave you paypal; and he then reverses his payment, I would not have hesitated to recover the account, and anything on the account is yours. It was his risk he took, and he lost, got what he deserved, IMO.

 

Gratz lol. Just keep the stuff on it. His fault, no mercy for scammers.
