On this thread - http://www.sythe.org/characters-levels-4-99/1612143-selling-scythe-account.html - the user Quiksilver0623 is trying to sell his account with scythe and ten yet vet cape on it. As you look at the pictures he is posting, the one of the stats is all the same color, which means he is a member (NOTE: if he was F2P the P2P skills would be I believe an orangish color.) Now, as you look at the login picture, it clearly says that he is not a member, with 8 unread messages, which I believe are offence/membership emails. The account also has no blackmarks from what the picture says, but from the messages and looking at his stats, I highly doubt he has been a member for 8 months with a 500 total level.

From the reasons above, I believe the user Qujiksilver0623 is committing market fraud.
