Does this look ok

Made it on cinema 4d

I want to add some light orbs or something to it thinking of either after effects or photshop cs6 not sure which one im going to use yet

Any advice? things you can tell me?

UPDATE. Added light orbs from after effects onto it. ( Had a little problem on aftereffects it got rid of transparency so i had to erase the backround on photshop might see some black dots.

 

I understand that this is your first time doing GFX and you spent a while on this. I like it tbh, it looks like a pretty good start. I can't wait to see what happens when you continue to work on it

 

Yeah This was my first time using Cinema 4d i made a two text things before this so this wasn't like the first piece that i did but the other two were like absolutely horrible but good practice, This took like 4 hours lol im not done yet tho yeah im gonna post another pic or more pics of it as it keeps getting worked on.

 

It looks really nice. It's great for your first graphic. I wish I could make something like that.

 

I'm watching a lot of youtube videos to learn because i don't really have any other way so a lot of youtube tutorials and stuff helps alot

I prefer the pre-update because the letters look very well colored and lit. The update with the light orbs make the lighting look unnatural, and there's no focal point with it unlike your first one. I suggest using render > lighting effects on photoshop instead, it will make the lighting blend in a lot better, you just have to play with it a little bit.

 

It looks really good, I don't mind having a FREE one done

I'm here to give my honest opinion on Schoolboy Q's signature. His signature is excellent IMO for a beginner. I have no doubt he will be a great artist someday. He took 4 hours out of his personal time to make this for me which is great. I would give it an overall 5/10. But I know he will improve, as this is only his first time. Thanks again School!

I like the squares cubes that you added to the background also.

 

I like the one without lights a lot more. But great work, wish my C4D work was this good only recently got into it like a month or two ago.
