    Best free VPN?

I am wondering what a good VPN is. Preferable free but doesn't have to be. I moved to Korea for a year and the website that I visit the most banned the country Korea for multiple DDoS attacks, and I need a good VPN to access the site. They've banned most VPN's.. so idk which ones work.

    Best free VPN?

    CyberGhost VPN
    PROXPN

Both free, but not for hacking or anything since they keep logs and WILL conform to the demands of any government agency. Also, they'll be a bit slow because they're free and used by a lot of people, but Ghost has a paid option that is pretty nice.

If you're willing to pay for a good, no log VPN, try BlackShades or PRQ. PRQ requires you to set up your own shit though.

    Best free VPN?

No free one will have half-decent speeds

I would do Private Internet Access. I only lose about 10% of my speed and it's only about $30/year or some lowball number.
