Paypal unable to send my payment

Well, I recently sent some money, and on my next attempt, I got an error saying that PayPal could not send my payment at the moment and it still won't let me. My account is verified, I'm using funds from PayPal and all my info on the account is verified. I have enough to and as well.
I'm on vacation in France, I was able to and 1 payment before this happened , could this be the problem?

I have not received any notifications from paypal

Edit: I've tried relogging and trying different browsers and other common fixes I saw other people use.

Anyone know how to fix this?

 

Try logging out and back in if so contact paypal. It is usually a glitch in the system though so if you log out and back in it should work or just keep trying to send the payment and it should go through.

 

Tried relogging many times, PayPal is just spitting out french automated messages...

Ok try logging in going to contact us click live chat, you can chat with an agent and let them know what the problem is and they might be able to troubleshoot it for you wile they are live chatting with you. If that does not work then you might have to go to contact us and get a temporary passcode to contact them by phone and they might be able to help. The problem could also be that paypal has placed a limitation on your account that is not showing and you might need to verify some information before sending more payments you will need to call them to get some clarification on that situation but that all the advise I have right now I will look into more as the night developes let me know if this does not work.

 

happened to me, i sent it in small increments like 1p then 10p then £2 incrments

 

Are there any limitations on your account? Because you're in a different country to what your verification account is from, they may not allow you to send payments for security purposes. Best method is to contact them and see what they say, they can resolve most issues.

 

I was able to send to the same person a few days before, and I don't have limits on the account.

 

It's because you're in France. They probably detected the first payment, investigated it, and now have blocked you from sending. Perhaps call them and verify personally and they'll let you. My guess is they'll put you on a waiting list and you won't get picked up on before your vacation is over.

 

After trying like 30 times, it let me send money, but its back to the same problem, PayPal doesn't even know what's wrong.

 

It's just a glitch. Try sending on another browser.

Contact paypal thats the only solution tell them whats wrong with your account man.

very weird :/. I've never come across this before and it seems to be quite persistent without any reason.

What I would suggest is maybe trying to do a bit of research your self, some trial and error. Try to make another paypal account and then try to purchase something with that.

If that account then works you know something is up with the other one. Then you simply transfer the money to your bank account or too the other paypal if you can.
