Bread and butter scammer

Briefly explain the trade: He was looking for a Unlimited vote method, i added him on skype, i showed him my method worked over screenshare, i then agreed to go first i gave him the guide he then told me it didn't work and refused to pay me.
How they scammed: He didn't pay me
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:I added his skype: balotelligold which was the only was that appeared when adding him.

Did you get a Sythe PM to confirm his Skype?

If you are using Skype you must get a PM from the other party.

 

why? you have proof already.
