Jagex has new way of detecting bots?

This is how Blizzard detected bots for WoW, checking running processes on users' systems. What's to stop Jagex? All it takes adding a single line to their TOS agreement.

 

Naw, they may just be manually doing bans for a bit.

 

The price of gold has risen because of the mass bans at the minute taking a lot of gold out of the game.

 

More player Moderators more Moderators actually in the game watching players. Im guessing I heard Mod Mark speaking of something like that the last past few days but in a since I could be wrong.

Every account i make gets banned within a day.. Got to use another IP but havent bothered with that yet.

 

I've heard that even using another IP and clearing cache doesn't work.

 

Ohh dam.. Gonna make one account membership tomorrow to test out.

Because RuneScape uses Java, Jagex can get a lot of information about your computer whenever you run RuneScape. Simply changing your IP will not do anything to protect you from bans.
