i wouldn't call you inactive and if you were im sure you have a reason for that as you've said because you have study and probably irl stuff which is a normal case

Just going to throw it out there.. But of your last 200 posts you had made 3 reports. All were done by me. It's too time consuming to check all the reports as I'm using my phone, but I'll check later if you'd like, or you can check.
If you're referring to scam reports, then no, I don't do them as I'm not involved on the market so it doesn't make sense for me to be doing them as I have little experience with the market.
However I do a few if they're obvious.
As a result of me not doing (many) scam reports you'll find I actually do a lot of spam reports, as well as fixing things that have yet to be reported.

As for the rest of you, thanks for the good feedback, I'll keep it up and also try to improve more.

 

Amethyst - easy going and always answers anyones questions in the skype chat.
Dave - I haven't seen him active too much recently. But he always was willing to help with thread changed when other mods/admins ignored.
Gohan - I haven't even came into contact with you before, but what I can gather you apparently have aids? lol
kmjt - Sometimes replies to my questions on skype, but not always. I'm sure hes busy doing other things though.
malakadang - Can't say I've seen you around too much, but I'm sure your doing a good job.
Moonglare - As above, you've answered a few scam reports in the past, one of which someone who scammed me was unbanned after a Temp ban was request. I'm sure it happens all the time though.
Shoop - You've gone above and beyond to help me on a off-site scammer report I made a while ago, and I think its great that you would take it into your own hands to make sythe a safer site.
Wulfspade1 Haven't seen you post all too much, from what I gather you used to be more active before I joined.
Yaroow - Gave me my first infraction, ty

Frenzy - Don't see you post all that much
MohtasaUnique - I thought the outcome you made with PogSalesRS was abit much as you where joking around in the Spam forum trying to find GIFS of tl;dr. But in the end PogSales was banned for a reason.
Roary - Always there the lend a hand when needed. He's got a super sexy new signature too
RsProd - Haven't seen you post too much outside of the Spam Forum, but that doesn't mean to say your not doing a good job.

Govind - I wasn't too happy with the post you made about Chloecat in the spam forum, but then again - it is the spam forum.

n4n0 - Mostly active in the Spam Forum, but also replies a lot in the Donor forum and has funny declines to appeals.
Sythe - It shows you're doing a good job by the site you have going.
Verts - I haven't seen you post :c

Amethyst -Great mod, friendly, efficient. Deals well with scam reports and spam reports. Don't know him on a personal level but he seems nice.
Dave - While not the most active mod he's a personal favorite. Super nice. He showed me the ropes when I was just starting out and really helped me along the way.
Gohan - Havn't seen him enough to create an opinion.
kmjt - Insane with mod logs. He deals with tons of spam reports and it definitely speeds up delivery time.
Moonglare - Good at graphics. Could do more reports but its understandable in my opinion.
Shoop - He's friendly, active, I don't know him on a personal level but he seems nice.
Wulfspade1 He did well when he first became active again but I haven't seen him a whole ton as of late. Probably just busy.
Yaroow - I regret the one time I was rude to you and it thinking about it I still regret it. I hope one day I get to know you better and you see I'm not totally an asshole.

Djweasel - He seems active. Don't know him very well.
Frenzy - She helps me quite often on skype very nice
MohtasaUnique - Didn't make me hand written sig but still a cool mod nonetheless.
Roary - Goes hard in everything. Super duper nice. Super duper scam report do'er and just general mod stuff. Definitely someone you can go to with a question/concern.
RsProd -Don't really know him well
SuF -Don't really know him well.
Superman - Really nice. He's helped me on numerous occasions and for that I thank him.
video - He was more active when I first joined but he actively takes an interest in improving the site. He does well with scam reports because I think he takes a logical look at everything presented and infers from there.


FireZ - Goes hard with the hammer. Vetoes a lot of pardons but still he gets the job done and takes a lot of shit for doing what others don't want to do but takes it professionally.
Govind - Active in the spam forum, seems really funny and I genuinely enjoy his posts.
Matthew - While not actively participating in sythe discussions I'm sure the site would not run as smoothly without him.
n4n0 - Active in the community. Funny while still getting the job done.
Sythe - He should have a tv show on how to survive in the wild. Inspirational no sarcasm. I don't know how he set up the rig he has but it's pretty crazy.
Verts - I have seen her rarely.

 

I've only just recently come back to sythe, but I feel from what I've seen so far and my past knowledge of the sythe staff I think I can give a solid review of the staff and there individual performances and what not.

Amethyst - Although you we're someone I never served on staff with and never really got to know, from what I've seen so far I feel your doing a good job as one of the newer staff members on the team. I like that since being promoted you've had a noticeable attitude change from before, acting in a more respectable manner. Also, I like the fact that you are someone outside of the marketplace that delves into scam reports, keep it up!

Dave - I knew Dave fairly well when I was on staff, and although it looks like he is still busy with the marketplace it doesn't look like that has slowed down his work with disputes and spam reports. Can't wait to see you come back from your vacation and keep up the good work.

Gohan -Someone before my time, whenever I've been active on sythe, he has not. So, I haven't gotten a chance to really see what he's like until now. So, after a once over of your posts from the last few months, it seems like you are fairly inactive in the reports department, trying to reach your quota all at once. It'd be nice to see you post around outside of the spam forum more, and to be more active in RaSc and disputes.

kmjt - Your activity has been nothing short of impressive from what I've seen, juggling your businesses all the while tackling on reports both in RaSp and RaSc and posting throughout the community as some moderators often neglect. An intelligent addition to the staff team, I'm glad to see you we're promoted man.

malakadang - I'm glad to see you've put an effort into picking up your activity in the reports section, good job man. If I could offer any criticism, it would be to post around throughout the community more (especially in Something for All, few things were more entertaining then seeing you school the shit out of kids who had no idea what they were talking about), instead of concentrating soly on meeting your quota.

Moonglare - The newest graphic mod, congrats man. I'm liking your activity, especially in your designated section where you should always have an eye on. Not only that, but you seem to be doing a good job with RaSp and the occasional Scam report, good job. If anything, I would say to not give up on the graphics competitions, and to try to do what ever you can to generate more activity into your section, being it is one of the smaller, less trafficked sections.

Shoop - +1 on the activity man, your doing a good job (glad to see you have multiple perms, it can be tough making quota being a support centre mod). I really have nothing to critique, I feel like your doing a pretty good job through and through. Keep it up.

Wulfspade1 Hey, here's someone I'm glad to see finally reclaimed his modship (I was always rooting for ya man) Again, like Shoop I'm liking what I've seen so far. I'd just like to add, one of the nicest people I've met during my time on sythe. Keep it up.

Yaroow - Again, I feel like your doing a pretty good job from what I've been able to see through post/thread searches and my limited time back on sythe. So, yeah.

Djweasel - One of sythe's longest serving acting moderators, glad to see you've stuck around man, and it's even better to see your consistency hasn't let up. Glad to see for the most part it looks like your making your quota, and keeping in touch with the community. Glad to see you haven't got bored of it yet man, keep it up.

Frenzy - Congrats on global, hard work pays off. Although your activity can dip at times, you look to be an asset to the team and perhaps there are things that as a regular user I can't see you do.

MohtasaUnique - An intelligent member of the staff, I'm glad to see you've made a return once again. Keep doing what your doing and I'll no complaints.

Roary - You've really been doing stellar work across the board. Helping out everywhere you can, and doing so in an impressive fashion. I see why you were promoted to global. Keep up the good work Roary.

RsProd - Glad to see you stuck in there and finally made global. Since your promotion it doesn't look as if your activity has dipped which is great. The only thing is, a more active role in the community, although not required would be cool.

SuF - One of the lesser active globals, yet he brings something to the table none the less. I haven't really talked to him aside from in the irc once or twice, but from his posts in "Our Community" he looks like an intelligent dude, often talking active roles in important debates in the community. It'd be nice to see you become more active.

Superman - Impressive, from what I've seen of you since you were a sectional, you've had a major shift in attitude and it looks like it has paid off. Congrats on global! Keep beasting on those reports man.

video - I have nothing to add, aside from congrats on global, it was deserved. Keep up the good work.

FireZ - In terms of activity, your the most consistent admin I've seen since joining sythe 2+ years ago. And throughout that time it doesn't look like you've let up, way to be.

Govind - It's awesome to see you take a more active role in the community once again, posting around the community. Good job.

Matthew - I won't bother mentioning your activity, as I feel it's overshadowed by your work as a programmer for the site.

n4n0 - When don't I see you online? If there was ever a face for the sythe staff as a whole for the past +1 year, I'd look to n4n0. Keep doin what your doin.

Sythe - When I was a active on staff, and even before that, it was a rarity to see Sythe post. Maybe, once every few weeks. Since returning it's hard not to notice him throughout the community. +1 on your activity, I know it wouldn't be easy to remained interested in something after 8+ years.

Verts - Although not the most active admin, I'm confident you do what you can throughout the community and behind the scenes.

I'm not all that active and I haven't gone over your recent posts, so take my criticism with a grain of salt. It is merely my opinion.

Amethyst - Awesome guy. Called his promotion quite a ways back and I'm glad to see he's doing a great job. Gets his job done while seemingly having little-to-no quarrels or bickering with members. A+ stuff man.

Dave - I'm not in the market much so I can't say much, though I don't really see you post outside of that section at all. Definitely seems like you're just here to promote your own sales.

Gohan - Seems you've changed a bit from what I remember you being like. I don't really see you in anything other than the spam forum - though I'm sure you do your fair share of reports - but if I didn't know you I could definitely see people getting a negative vibe from you.

kmjt - You get caught up in way too much drama. Ignore the BS, move on and keep doing your job. I think overall you're doing a fine job, but again, ignore the drama and do your best to take yourself out of it.

malakadang - I didn't know you were still a mod.

Moonglare - Seems to be active enough in the GFX section, though it seems like you more or less use your moderator status as a way to advertise your own forum.

Shoop - Doing well, keep it up. Miss playing some COD with ya

Wulfspade1 Seems like you just come and go as you please. You come back, full force and doing a great job and shortly thereafter you've gone inactive again and next thing we all know you've resigned again. Seems like you're at the point where you've gone inactive again and I'm guessing next time I look at your profile you'll be an ex-moderator... again.

As far as your quality of work goes, I think you've done a spectacular job. If you lightened up a bit and I saw a little bit of the old you combined with your professionalism and maturity of this new you I'd be quite content.

video - Like Dave, I'm sure you do your mod quota each month (or whatever it is) but I still think your primary focus is your sales.

FireZ - I think we've kinda created a lil monster with you. When you initially began, being "hammered" was the freakin' bomb. Spam forum threads were made and the people rejoiced. I think it stuck with you and it kind of gave you this total apathetic approach to dealing with Sythe members. Don't get me wrong, you're a total machine and I think you've been consistently more active as an admin than any prior, but it seems like you don't give some threads more than a second of thought before it's denied.

Govind - 9/10 times when people say, "they're active behind the scenes" I call BS. I'd have to honestly say that you're the only individual on the administrative team that I truly believe is still active behind the scenes. I'd say since the whole Finn debacle ended that you've stepped up your game and really become one of the primary faces for the administrative team as a whole.

Matthew - If donations are being handled then you're doing good stuff. You had a short spurt of activity there for a while, and damn, you're a cool guy. Wouldn't mind seeing you post around again!

n4n0 - Strong Finn-like tendencies outside of Sythe. Major party pooper and takes things way too personally. Loves to be in control.

You are fair with your judgement and your bans.

Sythe - You're one hell of a confusing guy. You go inactive for years then have random spurts of activity again. You create threads such as "post here and be banned" and become absolutely ruthless towards trolls in the spam forum, next thing you know it looks like you've become one.

With that being said, shit's still running so kudos to you.

Verts - I see no reason as to why you're still on the team other than the fact you're a good friend of the other admins. I'm sure you post in the occasional upper-staff forums, but I most definitely do not believe that you are seriously involved in anything behind the scenes (such as coding something, as Govind might be).

I think you've more or less been around for so long that you don't like the thought of being gone, but you have a life and other interests that make it so you don't want to exactly participate here either.

That being said, when you -are- active you do a splendid job.

Perhaps my opinions of how you act outside of Sythe itself make me feel as though you resemble Finn. As I said, you control everything, whether it's something within Sythe or something involving Sythe members outside of the site itself.

My examples are, again, Tinychat and the "unofficial Sythe clan" that you controlled not too long ago when 07scape first came out. If anyone says anything you disagree with they're gone. I've seen people, myself included, say something fairly harmless that you take personally and decide that they're no longer allowed to participate in whatever it may be.

I also recall reading a few disputes that made me think this as well, but I don't have them bookmarked. I'll see if I can find them so I'm not just "slandering" your name.

 

The tinychat - I've banned like 3 people from that. All serial ban evaders who have done nothing but scam or grief.

The '07 clan chat - there's 2 users banned from that. One is a serial evader/scammer, the other is a ban evader. Again, I ask for proof because as of right now, you've provided no proof and therefor all you've done is slander me with no basis.

 

I know this sounds kind of cocky, but this is probably my only time on staff when my activity was kind of slipping. Anyway, this won't be happening anymore, though. But, for another reason.

 

What you're implying is n4n0 tries to "manipulate" users or people in general outside of Sythe-- You could not be more wrong. I've played multiple games and seen n4n0 outside of Sythe. All he's done is tried to have fun or help other users. Not once has he tried to manipulate someone and when he makes a decision it is clearly justified.

In regards to Tinychat, n4n0 has replied below (truthfully as well). As for the 07scape "unofficial Sythe clan", I know nothing of this, so I won't comment on that either.

Where there is a question there must be an answer. I'm sure n4n0 can offer an explanation, although he doesn't owe you one.

 

n4n0, c'mon now big guy. If you truly believe you've only banned 3 people from Tinychat's you've got some serious memory issues. I've been banned from them at least a small handful of times, usually for something as simple as "situps never hurt anyone, Ryan". Sure, it's not permanent, but it'd be for the entirety of the night.

As far as 07scape, if I recall correctly I made a -very- mild, "your mom" joke in which you somehow expected me to know she had passed away, followed by a several day ban from the chat. There were 2 others who tried to reason with you after the fact who were both then removed from the chat. Again, your bans may not be permanent, but they happen fairly often.

Though, it is interesting that when I post my opinion I'm supposed to give concrete evidence of how I came to that conclusion, otherwise it's brushed aside as slander, yet...

This next statement comes from me as a person, and not as a Sythe admin. This is purely personal.

Go fuck yourself. You do nothing but attack me personally, and then come here and slander me for removing you from A THIRD PARTY MEDIUM so that I don't have to deal with you. Never once has this affected my actions, performance, or bias on Sythe. You're a fucking cunt to even attempt to compare me to finn. He was a manipulative, power hungry, abusive son of a bitch both on and off site.

 

I wanted to thank whichever admin/mod(s) was responsible for updating the titles for the gold buying/selling section from EOC to Runescape 3 as well as merging the Runescape General/Runescape 3 General sections!

Small changes like this really help streamline everything and while they usually go unnoticed they don't go unappreciated - keep up the good work

 

Amethyst - Can't really say anything bad, great all-around mod.
Dave - Inactive? Was hauling ass when he was first promo'd but now don't see him around much.
Gohan - Has aids? (I guess, don't really see him around.)
kmjt - Takes his job seriously, and gets things done.
malakadang - Sort of... inactive.
Moonglare - Great graphic artist and mod.
Shoop - Very big help to the community.
Wulfspade1 Inactive... can't really judge.
Yaroow - Same page as the other inactives.

Frenzy - Bit inactive...
MohtasaUnique - great global, glad to see around.
Roary - Mad props to this guy, always respectful and gets the job done. Doesn't make himself seem superior to the rest of us which is always great.
RsProd - Can't really comment, haven't seen around much.
SuF - Same as RsProd
Superman - Great global, handles reports quickly and gets his job done.
video - Was a very strong global, slowed down a bit but he still gets the job done.


FireZ - Profound respect for this guy, comes off harsh, but it is necessary. Doesn't BS and gets the job done.
Govind - Pretty good admin, serves his purpose well. I'm sure you're also working extremely hard behind the scenes.
Matthew - Handles things behind the scenes which is a lot of work by itself.
n4n0 - Great overall admin, active with the community.
Sythe - The bear grylls of Australia.
Verts - Don't really see around much, occasionally in the spam forum.

 

I appreciate all the feedback everyone has givin me and I do actually do alot but I'm also working alot of hours during the week so you may not see much of me except weekends.
