VPS'es run CentOS 5 and come with Java and the bots you want preinstalled.
You will get your VPS info 1 hour after we recieve your payment. (If you buy it when it's night on where we live, the order might take more time)
You will NOT get root access to your VPS (no ROOT password), you will only be able to choose the password you want to have to connect to your VPS.

Q: My bot doesn't work.
A: First of all, go and check up the Bot Support section of your bot forum. If you're the only one encountering the problem, please contact us and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Q: My VPS doesn't turn on!
A: Contact us and we will get it back up running again.

Q: All the VPS is lagging, will my bot run efficiently?
A: Yes, it will. It's only your connection to VPS lagging. The VPS itself is going at a normal speed.

Q: My bot is working slowly! (low XP/H, GP/H or whatever)
A: It might because you have overloaded the VPS. If you are running a few clients at once, close one and see what happens then.
