yes it matters. you had to write I accept in the same post of the roll.
It was under my rules in my OP.

Secondly, you lost the second bet so I await your 150M EOC payment.

yes kmjt please look at this.
Under my rules it stated that the roller must write "I accept' before rolling which he did not. He wrote it after he rolled because he got a high roll.

Secondly, he agreed to the second bet and he once again rolled. He rolled a 3. I rolled a 4. He lost the bet. I am still awaiting my 150M EOC payment which I have won.
