    i would say 2011.

    free trade back. playing with friends , no eoc,

    def 2011-2012.

    What was the best year of RuneScape?
    2008 seemed like a fun year for me. 2010 was good too. I think it was mostly because I was able to play the most RuneScape for those two years.

    What was the best year of RuneScape?
    I'm new to Runescape (only been playing for 7-8 months) but my opinion is they shouldn't of changed EoC so much when bringing in RS3.

    I do enjoy RS3 but I liked the EoC feel more.. I know for a fact if I was introduced to Runescape in 2007 I would of taken two looks at it and logged off because the 07 server is so unappealing.. the graphics are such a turn off.

    2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011.
    Best RS years of my life. <3

    2006 - when I was a noob, having FUN.
    2008 - when I got back into RS. It was fun, still classic armors & stuff!
    2009 - Met so many new people <3 (now they are ALL gone because of you know what... EOCshit.)
    2010 - Ah, collected names, made more new friends and had so much funn.
    2011 - last good year of RS. I really really really miss early 2011. <3 always in Clan wars with my random people I met there, every shemale in rune armor, high levels 90 + with skillcapes and god armors . xD
    2011 was BEST (w/ Clan warsss!)
    I miss being a level 72 in 2011 and like going to clan wars and being jealous of all the level 90+ people. :p
