PayPal Error?

I get this error when trying to sned money to someone.

Everything worked fine, until I tried to purhase paysafecards online.
Does any one knows how to fix this?
Any suggestions?

 

This happen to me earlier so i just re-logged and sent the money as goods and it worked.

Problem fixed itself for some reason, can finally pay HNCDice.

Sometimes it will do that whenever PP has not accepted a recent transaction. It usually takes a bit for it to refresh, but it can usually be fixed by refreshing the page or logging in and out or sending smaller payments.

 

Now that you are saying that, I did have a recent transaction that failed.

Sometimes logging out and using a different browser works for me. Or at least it's worked in the past.
