A misconception with the [dice]

So i have seen a few people say no editing your post and such, but even editing the post will not chance the number rolled.

here is my roll:

Dice Roll: 4 of 10

now someone tell me what it is, then i will edit my post with whatever you tell me to put. The dice roll will be the same.

ROLLED A 4

 

They can delete the roll.

 

Says rolled A 4

 

Number is 4.

 

That won't show up as an edit.

 

Now edit post, delete the dice an type again

 

I'm pretty sure the roll changes.. Maybe not if you edit post but leave the dice command intact

People shouldn't need to edit the roll post anyway.

 

even with multiple rolls and you delete the firs x number to get the 9 or w/e it will still be the number of the first roll

Dice Roll: 3 of 10

Dice Roll: 4 of 10

 

People just say that so that patrons do not delete their dice roll is all... hence the "any edited posts = you lose" There is no need to edit it either way...
