I agree with you to an extent dam0n, he didn't say he wouldn't dice with a newcomer therefore I don't think he should complain and just make up for his mistake later on. I don't agree with threatening him though, he has his rights just like you have yours and if he wants a MM then that's up to you to be the bigger person and go find one. To be honest you seriously have no leverage here I doubt anyone will ban sinisterly over this. Just get a MM so this can be ended in a mature manner.

i clearly said im fine with using a MM. im not threatening him im using the "rights" that are given to me as well, to report someone if i feel im being played and if the mods think it's invalid, than they may close the dispute. for now, i followed EXACTLY what he stated and all he's done is make excuses for nearly 3 pages now

 

OP didnt state anything about the use of MM's at all + using an MM for a $10 bet will just result in stupid fees/loss of money OP shouldnt have been so careless with his terms

To be honest it looked to me like you were trying to weasel out of it, after seeing he rolled a high number. You can't just bail out of something you've agreed to, because you "can't guarantee to get paid".
