max cape

so how long is it nowadays to get max cape? i see game messages of people getting all skills 99 every like 10 minutes

 

Still takes a wile but the first time I recieved a max cape it took me 3 years depending on how long you play per day. Some people get one in about a year or so maybe 6 months, also there is a new skill out.

 

yeah thats true, depends on how much you play.

 

I used to play about 13-14 hours a day and it still took me about 2-3 years this was back in 2007 whenever I first started playing but as you know when the EOC came out all the accounts reset or something like that but after that I just have not gotten into the game anymore.

OT: There are several factors in determining how quickly you can get a max cape. Putting aside the hours of actual training, there's also quests to consider. Many quests offer, not only extra experience, but also skill rewards like items, bonuses or better training locations that can greatly increase your xp/h. A good example would be Smoking Kills which grants you access to slayer points which you can use to buy the helmet, the ring, faster kills of item specific monsters, etc. How much slower do you think Slayer would be without the helmet? A Swan Song gives you access to monk fish, which is a decent training spot up until 90 fishing. Anyway, the skills themselves take a while to train, but the quests also take time to complete if you want to get maximum efficiency. I'd also mention money, but that's so easy to get these days it's really a non issue.

Overall, I'd say it would take about a year to go from a new account to a maxed account if you're really determined. 18 months if you're semi casual.

 

7 years if you're me... etc

 

If I wasn't so lazy I could probably get a comp cape in the next 6 months, which means I would of been playing for around 13-14 months.

Really depends how active you are and whether you do it by hand or bot it, if you botted an account 24/7 you could probably get it in less than a year.. although your ban rate would be 99.9%

less than a year if your really motivated to get it completed, but fuck that shit lol I'll never even attempt for it I'll be wasting more time on this stupid game nowdays everyone just RWTs and bot for $$.

 

If you regularly set and achieve goals in your life. Then I'd say about 8-12 months of constant playing.
