    Is it possible to gain 20 pounds in 1 month?

    I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, and try to eat 2500+ calories a day but i can't seem to gain a lot of mass. Since starting going to the gym i've become a bit ripped and gain about 5lbs of muscle but i want to gain weight. Any advice?

    Is it possible to gain 20 pounds in 1 month?

    Eat a gram of protein for every pound. So if you weigh 150 pounds, eat 150 grams of protein. 2500 calories is good, could be higher, but are you trying to just simply gain weight or become ripped?

    Gain weight while going to the gym, not getting fat but putting on mass.

    It is possible. But if you do manage to gain 20 pounds in one month, it will mostly be fat for sure. Even on steroids, it is impossible to gain 20 pounds of pure muscle in a month, probably in a year (no clue).

    Work out and use some steroids but most likely its impossible.

    Eh.... highly unlikely. A good metric to go by, is assuming you are eating properly and working out well, it is feasible to expect 1lb of actual muscle mass gain per week. This can obviously vary, but 20lbs of muscle in 1 month..... pretty unlikely unless you are on some serious gear.

    105k calorie surplus in a month? Eh you'd probably put on more fat than actual muscle. Take it slower, hit the gym 4-5 times a week.
    1g protein/body weight, make sure to eat your green veggies, etc.
    Setup a good workout schedule.

    pretty unlikely? It's impossible to put on 20 pounds of muscle in a month.
    105K calorie surplus in a month would definitely lead to fat gains

    Eat a lot of protein, eat a lot of chicken if you can , go workout and drink a protein shake that is MASS so it will be like 60g of protein per glass which is what i take.
