I can't really provide proof that I have sent it to him, since it is a gift card in the form of an Email.

He contacts me, sounded genuine and showed me his vouch thread, but as soon as I sent him the gift card, he started stalling it, he suddenly had to go home and would be back in 15 mins, then later he came on for just a second to tell me that he ran into some things but would be on all day tomorrow, where he didn't show up for a minute. I havent heard a word from him since, and it seems as if he has blocked me on Skype.
