I added him on Skype in an attempt to buy this guide.

Here's what happened: First off, I asked if this would work on ANY auth voting RSPS, and he told me yes.

He told me he'd go first. He gave me the guide, and I asked him if I could test it to make sure it worked before I bought it. He said yes. I tested, could NOT get it to work. He tried to walk me through the steps, but, still, I could not get it to work. After that, he basically told me tough luck, he gave it to me so I must pay anyway. He claims that the title says it's for Soulsplit, so not his fault if it doesn't work on another server. However, I did ASK him BEFORE if it would, and he said yes.

He is now claiming to file a scam report on ME because I refuse to pay for a service that DOES NOT WORK. If he LETS ME TEST IT, and it DOES NOT WORK, naturally I am not going to pay for it.

Not to mention that the grammar, organization and steps in the guide are horribly written, I had to ask him personally to take me step by step in how to do this method. I could barely understand what he was saying in the guide. Even when he took me step by step, it still did not work. The method simply does not make any sense, and it is no surprise to me that it didn't work.

 

He gave it to me and it worked...so how could you not get it to work?
