Building RS Community

I am building a runescape community with a friend of mine that i know in real life. he is currently working on a custom CMS for us to use. he is well trained in coding, he is going to build the calcs, cms, integration, template, etc.

we are currently looking for 1-2 more well knowledged scripts/coders that we need to build the community. this is a serious inquiry.
