You wouldn't have gotten the TwC for no reason, you obviously did something sketchy.

Post in the dispute section, with what your account is called. A mod, global or admin will then gather the information neede to confirm you are infact the owner of that account. If you can't provide enough proof, we can't give you any details.

 

Most likely just post in the dispute and someone will answer it or check out the dispute section or report a scammer section and if you find something about you that most likely what it will be or just google your sythe name.
