I'm reporting him because he gave me false information about an account. I gave him 5m eoc for a pkhonor account thinking I was getting what he said. But as I logged on and checked he didn't.

it's not too much, but I was asking him to prove he had what I asked for, he didn't want to prove it. But he said he did have it.
