Awaiting refund from FrozenEarth as I didn't feel his could deliver the account in a reasonable amount of time. He agreed and will wait for him to process. Can provide full chat log if this goes sour as well as his accounts on other sites. I'm not going to lose sleep over $15 but if it stops someone else losing it then it's worth it.

Edit: He did also still list the account as being for sale AFTER he confirmed he received my payment. Bit of a dick move to be honest.
