IP Banned

I was IP banned from this site like over a year ago and I came back to sell my Runescape account. I was banned a long time ago, I've grown up since then, not looking for any trouble just to try and sell a very good Runescape account using a MM and every legit way possible.

Once again, I was banned over a year ago or something like that for something I don't even remember so would really appreciate it if I could be unbanned now.
