Selling Licensed Microsoft Visual Basic 2012

I'm selling a Licensed copy Microsoft Visual Basic 2012. I was given 10 free copies by Microsoft after doing some work for them on the windows mobile market and I'm selling some licensed copies. By all means you can go and find a free download of it but I guarantee it A) Won't be the latest version or B) It will contain some kind of a virus.
I will be giving out 1 vouch copy to either someone who is very trusted on the forums or some kind of staff member
