maxed account (2496) ~NO WEALTH/ITEMS~

It's a former completionist cape account but has been inactive for several months so it has a few quests/tasks to catch up on, that sort of thing. Has between 800m and 850m xp. It has absolutely no items or wealth on it. Just the account and the stats. I dropped everything on it when I quit but now I realize it's worth some money.

Account was never botted, all mutes/offenses are old and minor offensive language mutes.
Zero dungoneering items/tokens, empty bank. 300+ MB rank, holiday items back to Christmas 2005, good DG binds (hex, primal 2h etc), all basic things done in RuneScape up to like six months ago when I stopped playing. 2007scape side of this account is a level 32 range pure with like 30 att, 30 str, 40 range, and 5 def (I think haven't played it since the week it came out) (can't check because it doesn't have membership)
