Wilson Is a Scammer

I want to start off by saying that this member does only do trade by PM. Now before you say there is nothing that can be done by this, please know that I had no idea that this was bad to do, I was only a few days member at the time. To let him evade this ban because of this is very shady.

Briefly explain the trade: He was selling a Mabinogi Account that I was looking to buy for $150.

How they Scammed: After I sent him the money he said there was an issue with his Paypal account, refunded the amount I sent to His original Paypal, and told me to send to his brothers Paypal, was another "problem" with that account, has to wait 3 days to fix it. I was fine with that, but afterwards I pmd and he never replied back, despite being online. He is still dodging my Pms although he is very active in this site and clearly sees them ( Message Read Receipts.)

He has not replied to any of my messages in 4 days, But he is still very active in the site as you can see. I don't know what's happening with him, maybe you guys can contact him to tell him whats up with the trade, because its been 4 days and no reply with anything, as well as the fact that he said in 3 days his issue would be fixed, but on the 3rd day no reply still.

Also, He has a previous scam report, that he evaded. So, I think you guys may have missed him the first time around.

Also, Maybe its worth looking into that he might have self vouched through his brother, which is against the rules? I don't think its a coincidence. Look into the emails, idk.

Thanks. Please look into this thoroughly, I know that it was through Pms, but for you to let this scammer run amok after a 2nd scam... Is just not right. Maybe once you guys warn him he will say something, But I doubt it so I think he deserves to be Ip banned.
