Would You Date a Transgender?

For those of you who don't know, i'm a mtf transgender. I've been transitioning to become a woman for 2 years now, and i'm on hormones.

Dating has been really tough for me. I like guys and do date guys, but i'm too young to go to bars and it's been tough finding anybody.

I was wondering, since a lot of scythe users are male, would any of you ever consider dating a transgender? If you got along with her, connected with her, etc? I know a lot of you will probably consider it gay, but to me, it's not because if you like a transgender (mtf) you're liking somebody who looks and acts like a woman, not like a man.

What do you all think? Would you date a transgender? Tell me why below

Absolutely not. I was watching a documentary/porno with two hermaphrodites and that honestly looks like the best deal as far as genitalia goes. Some have a perfectly normal penis and vagina and can use both. Usually only one or the other can actually be used to reproduce though.

But honestly, it would just be weird at first but after awhile if the person is honestly someone who I can see myself with in the long run, why not? I have seen a girl literally scream at me for putting the gay equalities sign on her arm and I was shocked because I do not discriminate anyone in any way and if people want to discriminate then they are just being stupid.

Its going to be hard for you as it will for anyone but go around colleges and people don't care what you are or anything, they will like you for who you are.

 

Well you'd have to be one hot chick (reproductive organs and all) for me to even consider it after I found out.

 

Not trying to e-date you, but maybe you should post some pictures of yourself and how the transition went. Could change a few perspectives

I wouldn't. Not my thing at all. I like my ladies to have lady parts.

 

I'm not going to post pictures of myself here, just because I value my privacy and it's still something that sort of embarrasses me. I consider myself to be beautiful, inside and out, and I do spend lots of time on my looks and style. I also think there's some misunderstanding above. My transition isn't finished yet, i'm still saving up for some surgeries and other things still need to happen before i'm finished.

It's hard to say, I really don't think I would be able to though. I'm 100% straight and knowing that you were a male would really bother me. On that note though, I think this is a huge world and there is always someone for everyone.

 

You can start taking hormones at 16 I believe.


You can't really say yes/no unless you're in that situation. I'm sure if you fell in love with someone, it wouldn't really matter and you'd make it work. Obviously the concept is a bit odd to most people, but there are also plenty of people who wouldn't be phased by it at all. A friend of mine is ftm, and he's now happily married to his wife at the age of 22.

Why does everyone keep mentioning looks in all of this? Since when did looks really matter? ..

As long as he/she has a good personality I don't see why people wouldn't date him/her. Good luck with everything and as long as this is what you want I hope all goes well.
