If you're trying to get the free level 85, mop upgrade, and server transfer; I don't know if that deal still applies. I believe they changed it but I could be wrong.

I have a WoW account with a 90 hunterd 81 hunter, that has game time and Digital delux edition of MoP, it also has Diablo3 on the account. If you trying to get the free lvl boost it wont work unless you already have a character made that you can boost up. Also, you're probably gonna pay the same price for that in active acc expecting free upgrades and stuff, when the account will already most likely have the upgrades.
