This is going to be a long and somewhat confusing read, but nonetheless give your honest opinion on it

So, i knew that this outcome would catch up to me sometime in the future
Time to take a few hours writing up this dispute/pardon.

The reason for my ban was "name sniping" the act of stealing a name from somebody in the 2-3 seconds it takes to transfer it using the conventional method.
Sure, Jake Kastle had enough proof of me owning a name sniping bot, mind you all proof was given by a name sniper himself (aaron), (from screenshots of conversations of 2-4 months ago), no idea why they chose to wait so long. Jake had made friends and got quite close to Aaron, just like me a few months ago, i opened up to some of the things i did, with regards to owning a name sniping bot etc, and told Aaron some names i knew which where transferring at the time, all of them which, of course he knew about already as he has a script which checks for available/transferring names http://puu.sh/3DMHs/8753cf4053.jpg
I had made really good friends with Aaron(in my opinion) things afterwards hadn't gone so well :/
Heres some of the story with Aaron
I met him through player auctions, after i found out he sniped the name Brat which i had been attempting to transfer, later i found out he might have the name Eminem, so i found he did, and added him on skype about it, later that night i bought it from him for 1b eoc gp, he then attempted to transfer the name to my main account via emailing and transferring using a new form of sniping, known as PHP, which would snipe a name onto my main account using the runescape webpage.
The name was forced back to Eminem and the previous name removed, transfer failed.
I then decided i'd just take the name as it is on the level 4 it was on, so i did, 5 days later the majority of my names list i was trying to sell at the time was released by jagex due to RWT and someone reporting my list, most of these names i'd bought off other members and where just trying to flip for a profit, which i very successfully did.
This left me with around 20 accounts without display names on, life moves on and i just sold off some of the other names i had left.
Aaron then found that his partner Joe(ArcticX) had managed to take the name after seeing it get reset, so returned it to me, which was very good of him.
A month or so later, the same thing happened to Aaron as it did to me, i'd just got up out of bed and saw my friends list had some deleted names on it [#1968GHG8], at this time i had no idea what'd happened, so i started adding Aarons other names to my ignore and all where unknown player..

Of course i just panicked and started taking all of these names on random accounts that had all different owners that names had been deleted off of before, plunging me back into the name sales market once again.
Aaron had a hunch that it was me who got most of them, a few hours later i opened up to him and told him i'd got the majority of his names and they where on these random accounts, including Cameron, Aaron told me about how he makes most of his money off of selling sniped names, i suppose i kind of looked up to him and wanted to start sniping with him, this never happened.
Anyways i felt sorry for him and returned Cameron to him

When i asked Aaron about Cameron later he told me he'd sold it to jake,he said for less than a bil.

Jake says he paid over a bil for it.. so then things start to get fishy when he says he paid 1b+ for it
Then, when i ask him for proof that he owned/owns it he says he confirmed it to a mod that he owns and thats all that matters.. http://puu.sh/3DMvD.png well this is the only confirmation he got(from superman, about a 2 letter IRL name) http://puu.sh/3DOP4/5592bc23d8.png that isn't confirmation he owned cameron..
I just wish i'd screenshotted the last login, as it was still roadrunner, which was aaron's IP..

This was just after he'd scammed me for the name Eminem, and had it forced off my account back to Bane(the account they sniped it off)
I got cameron locked, 8 days later i asked the original owner to have a go at unlocking the account, just thought it might be worth a shot, it was instantly accepted, and i paid 100m for the favor and thus cameron was back in my possession(i was sure jake had never owned it, or else i would never have done it)
Aaron then retaliated by getting my account "Chair" locked, and having the account "Around" locked, and the name forced back. I swiftly refunded the user and he closed the report.
Now, Jake is selling names for aaron, or has bought them off him, either way they where mainly all sniped(been trying to contact the user who had Wreck sniped off them), after this thread http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/1571476-selling-rare-name-wreck.html

I also had a vengeance against aaron, because, in the 4 months that i knew him he held back the fact that when my names where released the first time, he told me he didnt get any, 4 months later and someone comes to me asking if aarons legit, and showing me his name list, to my surprise a bunch of the names i lost where on there.. http://puu.sh/3DQgA/b280d7d284.png (all the 200m ones), also note how he's selling/sold 56, after he sold it to the member KidImSlaying here on sythe, and sniped it back from him (i'd look through his posts to get a screeny but as i'm banned i can't )

I've never had a grudge against Jake, i only warn people who ask me the origin of his display names, and i tell them that they're sniped by Aaron/Folt.
Another thing to add is the fact that Aaron managed to get some more of my names released for RWT, not giving out list due to other people who have already bought them.
Luckily i was online at the time and saw them get reset so i took them back on my own accounts, apart from the name Combat, which he managed to get permanently deleted. Another thing which made me hate him.

I used the script for transferring my own names securely to my own accounts, with alot of "clickers" on them to almost eliminate the risk of me losing my name to another sniper.
Here is me suggesting that i use my script to help a sythe member transfer a name to his own account(2 months ago), then email jagex asking for a jmod to transfer the name manually, again, to prevent someone from losing the display name they bought. http://puu.sh/3DQNi/ea91fd980a.png

So, i'm not sure quite what else to write,
I've never successfully sniped a runescape display name, neither have i sold one that's been on the same account that was originally created by the sniper(when Aarons where released i took on different accounts)
I've always seemed to talk the talk, but never walk the walk when it came to name sniping.

I've never scammed/recovered any account, other than Cameron which i did after alot of provocation(not justifying my actions, but not going to lie either)
When speaking to Aaron, i sometimes tried to show off about how i'd try and snipe this and that or whatever, never successfully, which of course i now regret.

Should Jake be able to provide sufficient evidence that he owned the account with the name, and purchased it from Aaron at the time he said he did, then i'll gladly apologize, accept what i did was wrong(which i do even if he never bought it), and return the account to him.


I've successfully sold over 150 display names on sythe/powerbot.

725+ postcount, probably 1k+ in the spam forum.

Trusted with 450m+ going first

Successfully traded 10b+ in name sales alone, probably 15b+ if i calculated it

Probably the youngest sythe member.. I'm actually 15 in a week, joined sythe after my 13th birthday, doesn't really mean anything, but i just decided people should know that.

This is BS. I owned the account at this time, and you're lying when you say that the last login was 10 days prior on Aaron's account. Also, you didn't have access to the account at the time, so you're making this all up. The password of the acc was changed multiple times between the time i bought it and the time you recovered it, check the account inbox (unless some of the messages have already been deleted). The first password change occured the day i bought it, and shortly after I bought it I began selling it.

That list wasn't up to date.

Alex, you're just digging yourself into a deeper hole... The original A/W of Cameron was 3b, a mod can check the edited post to verify this. I wasn't getting any good offers and most of the bidders ended up flaking, so I lowered the a/w after several weeks. I figured I'd just lower the a/w to 1.2b (around the price i bought it) to avoid losing money on the name.

Outdated list, there really isn't anything else to say about this. I've never sold any of aaron's names, and neither has he sold any of mine.

Ask kidimslaying yourself. The name did in fact expire. Regardless, this has nothing to do with me.

I wasn't aware that you sniped names until recently, when aaron told me. I really set out to get you banned because you recovered cameron from me. There's no "setup", i just want the money i spent on cameron back.

At the end of the day, i've never actually directly scammed anybody on sythe, or powerbot(yes, i was quite inactive in a lure clan on RS)
No, i'm not going to recover any account which i've legitimately sold to someone.
No, I'm not going to vade.
No, I'm not going to just give up on sythe, after being supposedly "Exposed" for things i've done a few months ago.
Am i a threat to the community of sythe? you decide that, have i ever sniped a name from someone on sythe, no, have i told aaron a name is transferring, yes.
Should i ever return i'm expecting a names market ban and a TWC, which as i'll only really be using spam forum, and community general i wouldn't have a problem with, as sure its deserved.

Aaron hadn't changed the password on the 28th~ as i lobbied on the account quite alot to check if password had changed, all the time i saw aarons last logins from 10 days ago, which would match up from when the pic with Jake Kastle in the chatbox.

With regards to this pic here, i already admitted to this in the pastebin i posted, as i knew you and aaron would trawl through skype logs digging up more stuff on me, so i revealed this already, Vital evidence of what? nothing came of it, i haven't spoken to aaron properly in over 2 months, i also warn every person i sell a name to to transfer it after a system update, ironic i know.

Jake, so the hacker decided to just clear all your skype inbox? you can still logon to that skype and check right? as you sent a mass message for people to add your new skype, only a couple days before the report appeared -.-
