I also know this to be true as:

1. The account which is his main was boosted for him, meaning it's not really his real rating.

2. He deleted me of Skype when I confronted him about this.

I've also seen proof of him intentionally losing/leaving games of people that had ordered boosts from him, prior to him deciding to scam. Was most likely premeditated.
