Feeling Depressed - Almost Fainted When Paypal Limited

When i saw my paypal being limited i felt like ' fk my life '. £135 in the account.
By the way i googled what happened to people when they do the required steps until i heard you have to send id and utility bill then :sick: .

My head was going round and round. I wish i didn't want to live anymore. I need the money for the costs of living and cant afford to loose that amount of money.

Although ill ring them tomorrow via customer chat on phone.
I'll mention that i have completed the steps to remove the limitation but it still says limited.
I'm under 18 so i don't feel confident and i'm not very good at talking when i'm nervous and need the money badly.

If they ask for id and a utility bill.
I will start to cry and faint and probably go into tears ( not joking )

My excuse would be to say i can't to buy a scanning machine / printer nor go to the photo shop to get them scanned as i will not be able to afford it. Also i'll say that i need to send the £135 to my friend as he needs it badly. I also can't afford to take a loan as i don't have a bank current account.

If they still persist to ask for id and utility bill i will just say to close the account and tell them to f off, which i will not do as i don't have the balls to do it.=@

Any tips / excuses. Will be appreciated.

I'm under 18 and my account got limited with over $300 in there, me and my dad tried every excuse in the book and nothing worked, they ended up telling us to wait 180 days THEN we can take the money out and do what we want with it, good luck though.

 

You won't be able to get around it the sad matter is you're going to have to have your money sit there on hold for 180 days and won't be able to access it.

 

Can I ask why you need 135 euros to keep yourself alive? You're not even 18. Do you live by yourself? I can understand losing the money sucks, but if your life isn't seriously in danger don't lose sleep over it. Hakuna matata right?

Best bet would be to call them personally, rather then the Indian email responders, and explain the situation. I don't really deal with paypal so it might not be sound advice ,but as I said before, don't lose sleep over it.

 

Gotta wait the 180 days as Chloecat said bro. Happened to me twice and I could care less, but for some people - it's a loooong wait.

 

I've had my Paypal account limited and unlimited while being under 18. I just submitted my proof of address, utility bill, proof of recent purchases, etc without ever actually scanning my ID. I can't remember if I sent them an email or called them or if it automatically was passed on to the fraud team to look at but when the fraud team took a look they must have thought it was enough information to confirm it was me because they restored access to my account.

My advice is to submit all the information you can, wait a week to see if it automatically gets resolved...then if not call them on the phone and tell them that you filled out all the information that you could and it needs to get passed on to the fraud team. If they ask you for an ID say that one is currently unavailable to you but you're willing to comply with whatever additional steps are necessary to restore access to the account. Making up excuses and telling them that you need the money for various reasons only hurts your case tbh, lying is pointless. If they ask you your age on the phone be prepared to say one that makes you over 18 (don't worry, I've had 10+ calls and not once did they ask that of me). Oh, one more thing...if you don't have a deep voice maybe consider having your father do it for you (although I doubt it'd make too much of a difference).

Its possible, don't freak out and do anything stupid. Worst case scenario you have to wait 6 months to get your check. Sometimes if that happens you can negotiate with Paypal and have the funds released early even.

I experienced issues like yours 2 times and I currently have a limited account with 1870$ USD (seriously). I made all that from doing trades on Sythe back when I was unbanned, they simply limited it for no reason. Most of the money was sent from legitimate companies like PlayerAuctions and I even explained them that it came from selling and buying online-games currency, yet nothing helped.

I am 19 years old, and they kept me limited (and they even added a thing which says "Your limitation is permanent and cant be removed" (allthough I provided absolutely all my personal information: Bills, Ids, etc).

What I (and also you) have to do is just wait 180 days, and then you can remove withdraw the money from the PayPal account (via check if you arent from the US or US bank account)
