Quick girl question

Alright so I went out for my birthday last night, and messaged a girl on facebook saying

"So when are we going on a date?"

Now, this is a girl I've like for a while, and this is what she and I said to eachother today when she saw my message lol.

Her : what? lmao
Me : Oh wow, someone must have taken my phone last night lmao
Her : hahahhaha
Her : that sucks
Me : yeah lol
Her : that's nice
Me : what's nice?

Now women are weird, and she lost me here... lol. I figure she's saying that sucks about someone taking me phone (even though they didn't) so I agreed with her saying yeah that does suck, then she wrote "That's nice." So idk what she means by that... anyone have a clue?

 

You kinda pussied out by saying someone took your phone. You should've just asked her out, but she was probably just looking for something to say so it wasn't an awkward silence.

 

Your post didn't make a whole lot of sense, but...
If your going to ask a girl out you should always do it in person anyway.

 

I would just recommend asking her out honestly hiding behind facebook won't do anything and personally I believe your chances will be a lot higher if you just told her how you feel.

 

You're being too awkward bro. First thing, ask her out in person. But don't just walk up to her and blurt it out. Meet up with her and start up a conversation. Be funny and only make jokes you know she'll get. From that excerpt I can tell that you get awkward when you get caught off guard like when you says something unexpected. Avoid the topic of school and drama. She'll go on and on bitching about it and you won't see the chance to ask her out. Don't even think about asking her. Just tell yourself that you have to ask her out before she leaves and relax. It'll come out eventually. Also be causal about it.

 

Damn dude should of never said that...anyways - start again and PM her asking for her number. After that wait maybe a day or two, then call her and see if she wants to go to the movies/mall/etc. Good luck!

 

I have to agree with this, you should of just asked her out instead of saying someone took your phone, or at least said something like "If it had been real, would you of said yes?"

Give it another go, don't be scared, chances only come once and if you don't do it you'll kick yourself.

You should have said something like "but that person was right about my intentions or something or that sort"
